Round 1: Quotes
Each prompt should be centered around words that have already been said.
Possibilities include a quote of any kind:
- Existing works (books, poetry, TV shows, movie scripts, video game scripts, song lyrics, articles)
- Speech (celebrity, netizen, anonymous)
- Anything else that fits!

RULES
- You are not required to have a Dreamwidth account to participate. There are no signups necessary. You may post anonymously if you want.
- There will be 3 rounds of this fest, and 1 round will be opened each week of the fest. Rounds will be left open for fills and comments, so there is no deadline for participating.
- Prompts do not have to be claimed before you write them, and they can be filled by more than one person.
- Once a round is open, you can continue submitting prompts for it until the end of the fest moderation period. (Ex: On February 17 after Round 3 opens, you’re still allowed to submit prompts to Round 1 and 2.)
- There is no minimum or maximum word count for fills. In the spirit of the fest, we encourage you to write shorter works, but any length is welcome and appreciated!
- Users are allowed to crosspost their fic on any other site, such as AO3. However, we ask that when possible, writers post the text of their fills as a reply to the prompt and include a link to an AO3 post if they choose to do so, instead of just linking to an AO3 post in their comment. This helps keep discussion in our community!

CONTENT
Prompts and fills have to center around K-pop girl group member(s). This includes:
- All active and former girl group members
- Female soloists
- Female members in co-ed groups
- Any female idol or trainee affiliated with K-pop (e.g., GP999 contestants, AKB48 members who featured in Produce48)
- Slash, gen, het, and trans works are all accepted as long as they involve at least one girl group member

Letting Yerim annoy her is a good distraction but it doesn’t work for long. The fact that Eunji’s never been to her house before is constantly at the back of her mind and Seulgi can’t even pretend like it isn’t a big deal.
Seulgi has never taken it this slow, in any of her past relationships.
Seven months in and Eunji’s only just coming over to her place; Seulgi’s as nervous as she was on her the first date she ever went to, possibly more.
Part of it is invariable because of their schedules. By the time Eunji’s drama has wrapped shooting, Seulgi is off on tour and even after she’s back, she’s thrown headfirst into comeback preparations.
But a lot of it has to do with Seulgi’s own misgivings about Eunji, wrong though all of them turned out to be.
Yerim is not wrong in saying that Eunji showers her in praise—she’s done it since the get-go, and so overwhelmingly, including in public on a livestream, that Seulgi was convinced it was just another case of a straight girl looking for a dongsaeng to lavish affection on.
Once bitten, twice shy, thrice fully mistrustful, or however the saying goes.
Eunji would text her every day, take her out for meals, tune in to her releases, invite her to niche gallery openings and send home her favourite flowers on her birthday and Seulgi would accept it all in the name of a blossoming friendship.
It wasn’t until Byulyi caught wind of her stupidity and confirmed that Eunji had been a regular at Byuli’s parties, back in the day, that Seulgi opened her eyes to the possibility that she was being courted all along.
After that, reciprocating had been ridiculously easy. Seulgi had always known Eunji was hot but now she was free to notice everything else—how attentive she was to Seulgi, how she always had a hand out to pull Seulgi back from tripping over her own feet, how she blushed almost as easily Seulgi even though she was the one dishing out the compliments.
Still, her home was an untouched frontier and her nerves must show on her face when she opens the door. Eunji accepts the glass of water she offers but also makes Seulgi drink one herself.
Their hands entwine as they step close to one another and Seulgi leads her to the couch, feeling a little more steady on her feet.
Eunji leans against the backrest and curls on her side, refusing to let go of Seulgi’s hand.
Seulgi takes a moment to absorb her in, from her half-tucked baggy shirt and jeans to her open hair, bangs hiding underneath her usual baseball cap.
“You look lovely today,” Eunji says, stealing the words right from her mouth.
Seulgi hits her thigh before she can doubt herself. “You stole my line.”
“Did I?” Eunji looks positively gleeful.
“You always do.” Seulgi hits her again and Eunji’s free hand reaches down to grab it, caressing her knuckles before she drags her hand up Seulgi’s arm until it rests on her shoulder.
“Will you let me steal something else, too?”
“What?” Seulgi looks at Eunji who drops down her gaze pointedly, the second she’s sure she has Seulgi’s attention.
“Cheesy.”
“You bet.” Eunji’s hand moves to her neck as she moves closer.
“Unnie…”
“So? What will it be?” Eunji asks, her face a mere breath away from Seulgi’s own. “Will you make me wait again?”
And here’s the real reason Seulgi took so long to let down her guard with Eunji: she can’t remember the last time someone wanted her as much as Eunji does, and certainly no one has ever wanted her quite this boldly.
“No,” Seulgi whispers and presses forward. A peck and then another. “But you don’t have to be a thief this time. Not when I’m so willing—”
Eunji finds her lips before she can finish her sentence and doesn’t let her move away this time. For a kiss that has built up for so long, it’s strangely innocent and sweet—so unlike the suggestive weight of Eunji’s hands on her neck and thigh.
Maybe this is just another contradiction that makes Eunji who she is.
Seulgi is more than ready to make room for it and let it all in.

also her thinking eunji's straight and the line about byulyi's parties being how she knows she was wrong sksnksn amazing. thank u for another great cross shipping we really love putting Seulgi in situations.... i love us for that... thank youuu for writing and sharing this is so tender thank you!!!!!
