Prompts should be based on a visual medium that isn't text. For example, it could be a moment between the idols that you want to be expanded, it could be a scenario with other people, or a moodboard of aesthetics you'd like to match the fic.

RULES

- You are not required to have a Dreamwidth account to participate. There are no signups necessary. You may post anonymously if you want.
- There will be 3 rounds of this fest, and 1 round will be opened each week of the fest. Rounds will be left open for fills and comments, so there is no deadline for participating.
- Prompts do not have to be claimed before you write them, and they can be filled by more than one person.
- Once a round is open, you can continue submitting prompts for it until the end of the fest moderation period. (Ex: On February 17 after Round 3 opens, you’re still allowed to submit prompts to Round 1 and 2.)
- There is no minimum or maximum word count for fills. In the spirit of the fest, we encourage you to write shorter works, but any length is welcome and appreciated!
- Users are allowed to crosspost their fic on any other site, such as AO3. However, we ask that when possible, writers post the text of their fills as a reply to the prompt and include a link to an AO3 post if they choose to do so, instead of just linking to an AO3 post in their comment. This helps keep discussion in our community!

Female soloists
Female members in co-ed groups
Any female idol or trainee affiliated with K-pop (e.g. GP999 contestants, AKB48 members who featured in Produce48)
Slash, gen, het, and trans works are all accepted as long as they involve at least one girl group member

The evening drive to Seocho District was silent. Split though they were between two vans, all the members knew this schedule would be one of the final memories they would share with fans as fromis_9.

It was a bit cruel, Jiheon thought while leaning her head against a backseat window, how a university-themed event was a death knell for this part of her career. To her knowledge, none of the Baekseok students had ever been her classmates, but in another life, or maybe next year, she might be another face in a similar crowd, eyes trained on people who had something she didn't.

Right now though, more than anything, she wanted to enjoy the time she still had with these people she'd shared so much of her life with. That much, at least, would never change.

Once she crossed the threshold into the restaurant, instead of succumbing to self-imposed somberness, she acted on her whims as they came to her. Tonight, she wasn't the freshly twenty-year-old who balked at the taste of alcohol, or the lazy introvert who preferred to lay in bed than hit the town. The first shot of sponsored soju burned through her all the same, but that didn't stop Jiheon from finding a same-age friend at a nearby table and knocking back another.

Flirting, Jiwon called it. Maybe. The limits of social acceptability blurred some in this setting, and it was almost a challenge to push them. If, near the end of the shoot, Jiheon bashfully but decidedly stood on her chair and danced, swung her hips in a circle beside her members and a few female students, or leaned down to sweetly, publicly kiss a girl's cheek in front of some of the boys clamoring for her attention, she could always pass it off as being an overly friendly drunk.

The recording ended in cheers that echoed in Jiheon's ears until they fuzzed into static. Courtesy of the Dingo team, the restaurant would be open and private for another hour, so the members could sober up and not be hounded out the door. Finally, they would be allowed to eat the food that had been kept warm and tantalizing on the table. Jiheon was very tipsy, grinning mindlessly like a background character, but at the promise of a meal, she came back into herself.

The Dingo staff packed up and left first, then the restaurant's owner shooed out lingering students before taking remaining orders from the members. Once it was just them and their managers, everyone sank into their seats.

Red all over, Jisun poured herself water. Saerom noticed and did the same, with shakier hands, then poured for everyone. Five of them, Jiheon included, reused a shot glass.

One of their managers raised his own drink and said, with as wavering of a voice as Jiheon had heard from him, "This is not the end. Fromis_9 forever."

When everyone's glasses clinked, they almost believed him. Water droplets sloshed onto Jiheon's hand like tears, escaping.
